'Thank you FSH' - fantastic customer feedback


I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all those at FSH who were involved in my case.

As someone who had never been unfortunate enough to have a devastating leak to their home and have to claim through insurance prior to this, I had no idea how difficult and overwhelming the process can be.

Thankfully since the works to find the leak commenced and the first engineer came out to the house, I have found a new respect for tradespeople and feel that not only were they helpful, informative and got the job done that was required, they were also very kind, empathetic and supportive which is what you need when your life is turned upside down.

This was by far noted with all the work I have had done by FSH. From my initial scoping of works required in March/April time, through to the final clean which is due in a week or so, I have been treated with respect and kindness and the work has been carried out to an incredible standard. 

Unfortunately, I do not have the names of all the workmen involved in the reinstatement works, but I can say that James Hindle who is their manager has been excellent and not only kept me up to date with the works but was always reliable and available when I needed to ask questions and make requests.

After going through what was a very difficult time in my life, I would like to thank all those involved from FSH who made the process so much easier. At a time where I could have felt on my own, I felt they were extremely supportive and went above and beyond my expectations. I cannot wait to get back to my beautifully renovated home which I must say is down to the hard work of your tradesmen.

I would appreciate if all those involved in my case could be informed of my gratitude.
