Further to our telephone conversation earlier today, we want to say a huge Thank You to your work team.
 
They arrived on time, made sure furniture that couldn’t be removed from the living room was fully protected, brought quality materials and tools, produced excellent fixing, plastering, decorating, made hardly any mess, hovered up any mess created and didn’t interfere with our daily routine. 
 
They were trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable.
 
A friend whose father was a plasterer and decorator made a positive comment on the exceptional quality of the work.
 
Additionally, huge Thank You to Chantelle and Tammy for making the process of arranging the repairs and decorating very easy including keeping us up to date.
 
Indeed, I have already recommended your firm to friends. 
 

You always worry when you let people into your home to make repairs. Are they competent? Will they respect your home?
 
Add to this that we cannot have been the easiest of clients. Our last-minute changes to plans and timings. Wanting things done our way.
 
All the trades: plumbers, builders, joiners, tilers, electricians, gas fitters working in our home and sent from FSH were courteous, considerate and very competent. Nothing was a problem. They restored our home better than before. It was like friends coming over for a barbie, but they do the work.
 
Overall score 11/10. If things have gone wrong, you want FSH to put them right. “Nobody does it better” as they say.

Thank you for the services we have received throughout this saga if dealing with subsidence problems. Particular mention has to be made of Hollies contribution, she has listened patiently to my anxieties, questions, doubts and dealt with care (even compassion at times) and efficiency, being always polite and cheerful. Employees working inside I know better so my thanks to Steve & Sean the plasterers. Decorating has been mainly the work of Chris who worked quietly and professionally in both bedrooms. Paul, whom we saw much earlier in the process who was also of the same calibre. Outside FSH workers I do not know so well but they again have been punctual and completed work on time. I would recommend FSH to anybody for the standards of professional, reliable work.  You too deserve thanks for always being in the background, available to employees and the other end of the phone.
