On Friday 3rd March 2023 Polygon UK&I completed the acquisition of the FSH Group. Bringing the FSH team into the Polygon business will further cement our ability to deliver the highest quality construction solutions to the insurance claims repair sector. 

The FSH team will continue to be led by Matt Cappleman as Managing Director and his leadership team. In addition, they will be further complimented by members of the Polygon UK&I board.  

It is important to point out that all staff will remain in their current roles. We sincerely believe that the acquisition and integration over time will enhance the overall service we are able to provide going forward. We plan to invest and grow the business further, offering you and your customers more service lines, smooth claims delivery and an end-to-end integrated solution to all commercial and private client claims. 

We are very excited about the opportunities this acquisition will create for us all, our client, our teams, and the Polygon UK&I business.
